.. oops

I think that Bruno could install separate light switches for the lights to accomodate the usage of G3 in the best possible way. Or just cover that part of the ceiling.

I guess those grids are for the warm air...it has to go somewhere or you can have a "wet-t-shirt-contest" inside  Grin

btw....Bruno, did you consider this thing to produce lots of heat?

but.. aha! Did Bruno 'squash' his Starblade? -

No way, it's an other one! MAKE SPACE FOR STARBLADE!  Wink

The yellow lighting could be a problem here. Are you going to cover the raster ceiling?

Yes, part of the plan.

that namco sign is so cool and needs to stay entirely visible! (imho of course)

Agree! The huge NAMCO sign will rise in the game room, impossible to miss it, believe me!  Wink

I don't think so, we will see  Tongue

What impresses me is that you do it all by yourself, Bruno. No partners, no slaves, not even a helping dwarf - totally a *one man gang* challenge. And you seem to manage very well. Simply awesome.

It'll be time to install the electronics soon, will it not?

That has already been discussed my friend:  http://www.dragonslairfans.com/smfor/index.php?topic=231.msg60181#msg60181

It produces 1400W of heat... well almost Smiley

So to compare, take a nice gourmet-set like this

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Rrt_bB9nM74

, plug it in and feel the heat Smiley

However, of course all the heat won't come from one point in this case. The beamers will probably produce the most heat but they are near the front of the theatre and it might be good for them to have some "exhaust" above them if you are planning to do a full "ceiling" Bruno.

1400 Watts? Come on, Level42. You shouldn't believe everything you read in the papers.

You have reason to believe it uses more than specced by the factory ? I doubt it. Also see my "guesstimating" earlier this thread which came pretty much to the same figure...

Yes, very soon!  Tongue

Power consumption is 1400W, according the installation manual :

Even if that Theater is a true 'Arcade Monster', it's not a power plant or some kind of factory in terms of consumption.
Basically, it's twice the StarBlade hardware + 2 LD players + 2 sound amps + extra lightning, and 2 three-tube projectors instead 2 monitors...

Your video are so hypnotic !!

Thanks, the music really helps also. And speaking about the music, I'd like to take now the opportunity to thank Mister DCE for his permission to select any music he composed, for the 'episode 9' video (and other ones to come), perfectly in the spirit of the 'Galaxian3' game  Smiley

In addition to be a great music composer (you can listen his work right here), he is also a crazy Arcade Life Styler'... See for example this AWESOME Galaxy Force Super Deluxe resurrection, starting from this :

Why not, its just a few boards, two projectors and some lights

and i bet that the projectors are the two guys that draw the most current

dont let the size of the theater fool you, thats just some metal.
