Dragon's Lair / Space Ace / Re: DL LLC or Digital Lesiure DL sequels?
« on: January 09, 2010, 10:24:03 PM »
Has anyone heard, with the recent success of DL and SA on the iPhone and through WiiWare, if there are any new sequels to Dragon's Lair/Space Ace in the works?  I figure that just like with the original DL, the animators could reuse cell sequences to develop new adventures with Dirk and the gang (how many times did Dirk swing his sword in the same way?).  It could easily be done in Flash and completed in high quality rather quickly.  Again, didn't know if this is a possiblity in the future...but I would pay 5.00 for an authorized, animated DL sequel...even if it were shorter in length!

I quote,

even a blu ray version would be great

Hi oliver,

Thanks as always for the informations given

So basically if a "normal" game is about $500~1200

it must be added
300$ for crating
700$ for shipping * actual NAVL shipping quote to Italy is around 1450$

+ 20% Vat (= 400$ (1000$+300+700))

so $2400 for europe

$3100 for Italy

for a normal game..

and no assistance

Because of the condition of the machine I paid a LOT for it.

For a computer spce which is the cost here in Europe?  and USA?

Great Oliver!!

I knew I can count on friends when in need, in this case talking about real rare pieces

That is a real piece of art  :o

My congrats as always

You are a real collector so I'm going to ask you as qualified collector (having or having had these games)

Which is your opinion of the question done:

I.e. Which is today the quotation of a pong or a computer space in Europe?

Thanks for the collaboration in advance

Ps= or if not available in Europe, in Usa + all the shipping costs + taxes+ custom duties to make it arrive right here

Mav, I've got a serious question: Could you please stop putting an extra return in every line you type ? It makes reading your posts much harder. Thanks !

It makes easier for people with no english skill, in no english spoken, countries to be able to translate easily with altavista or babelfish what we say

and understand clearly what we are talking about

and - in case - to be able to join

Quote kevin (petieken)

I have a Sega aero city, eh kevin? ;D

Being no spanish nor living in Spain, I would say yes

Blowing off steam actually makes me feel better.  :)

If you think it is a right thing to do, then do it

Dragon's Lair / Space Ace / Re: Hanterax MTC9000 for Dragons Lair question
« on: December 26, 2009, 12:47:57 PM »
Thank you, Thank you, Thank you all,I won't sticking my fingers under any anode cap unless it's been discharged!

I'm going to fit the Hanterex psu somewhere in side my DL cab and then connect to the MTC and then that should work!!

If It does then I will let you all know, with some piccys too!

Ok, I wait for you

as stated before I'm not asking you to agree with me

But think for some seconds

1) being not calm will bring you nowhere

2) Cry or menace will not fix your problem or make you feel better

3) You've go all the reasons as customer to be irritated, but this will fix your problem too?

That's real and you've got my solidariety

But I think it is better to stay calm and wait for Ully

For sure things will fix soon

He may not be an operator, but he does run a business.
No matter what, if you run a business, you have to run it like a business.

I agree 100%, that's why I think he should work like that

But maybe he has not yet the experience needed to handle it like a real job

And in Holland, a deal is a deal and we keep each other to it. There's no "MaƱana" mentality here, and I think not in Germany either.

Manana?! :o
What's that? sounds new!

Let us know what is all about, it amaze me ;D

Never being to Holland so it is not clear for us what you 're close to as way of thinking (france, germany, belgium, etc..)

calm down

I also have 1 game in his warehouse still to have shipped

but I know him because I bought from him 2 games

and as said by Ully he told me too he is very busy

an i believe it because it is not an easy task to work on these kind of machines

He is not an operator (with cash flowing with videopokers) and he is not a collector

so he have some difficulty sometime to fix problem to have working games to sell

So little patience and everything will work out

Be sure

New year will bring him good times too

1 egret II (no,no not scratch built replica  ;) ;D) for Cave vertical shoot'em up  :-* :-*

Why a egret ii while you can get a beautiful Sega Blast City from rene'?

it is cosmetically better and the monitor works with all the frequencies (15,24,31 Kz) and rotates easily

a Must have if looking for a Jap candy and shoot'em ups

and maybe another scratch built replica ..... Burgertime  :-*

Let me guess who will work for all the measures..  ::)

Or take a picture and post it here.
It's better to double check what you have before posting such questions on forums...

I think Giddy has found himself today in one of those classic situations in which we think everything works and then discover that something is not going at it should

I already told him to post a photo because any information of his monitor has fallen

He can be confused, but in good faith

He'll post a photo and tell him the right procedure

Ps= good you precised the degradation process
