I'm visiting Ully in January and could bring it with me if you want Erik. That is IF Ully gets it from Stephan.

Thanks for the offer André. First option for stefan would be to resend it to me together with the jamma adapter with tracked shipping. If he doesn't want to do that, then it would be great if you can bring it for me from Ully.

I'm anxious to know what Stefan will tell Ully however.

Guys,

calm down

I also have 1 game in his warehouse still to have shipped

but I know him because I bought from him 2 games

and as said by Ully he told me too he is very busy

an i believe it because it is not an easy task to work on these kind of machines

He is not an operator (with cash flowing with videopokers) and he is not a collector

so he have some difficulty sometime to fix problem to have working games to sell

So little patience and everything will work out

Be sure

New year will bring him good times too

I have met Stephan two times, and Ckong has met him one time, and we also both have done business with him in the past.
We know he's busy, but I think Ckong has been patient enough waiting TWO MONTHS for something he already paid for. I would be annoyed too.

He may not be an operator, but he does run a business.
No matter what, if you run a business, you have to run it like a business.

And in Holland, a deal is a deal and we keep each other to it. There's no "Mañana" mentality here, and I think not in Germany either.

If there is any reason for delay, Stephan should at least communicate it directly to the buyer. This could seriously hurt his Ebay rating and no-one wants this to happen, as Stephan is a nice guy and has great stuff.

Mav,

I totally disagree with you

I didn't buy a game (cabinet), but a game PCB

with a jamma adapter

which he has (or had) on stock

and which I bought and paid more than two months ago

and which he first shipped wrongly to Belgium, he said (although he and I have done deals before and I didn't move from Belgium to The netherlands in the meanwhile)

and after he got it returned from belgium it was sent to me again around 12 november, as he told me in person.

and which could of course became lost in the mail

But Stefan refuses to give me info about tracking number, he even doesn't give any information at all.

Which makes me feel very uneasy, because he sure doesn't act in a  proper business-like way.

So I have every reason to not be calm and be relax about this.

If I buy a stock item from a neighbour country, and shipping is normally one week or so, you can expect that I don't have much patience any longer after more than two monts.

And the newyear has nothing to do with this.

Fortunally, thanks to Ully I will know more in a short time.

Ckong,

as stated before I'm not asking you to agree with me

But think for some seconds

1) being not calm will bring you nowhere

2) Cry or menace will not fix your problem or make you feel better

3) You've go all the reasons as customer to be irritated, but this will fix your problem too?

That's real and you've got my solidariety

But I think it is better to stay calm and wait for Ully

For sure things will fix soon

I agree 100%, that's why I think he should work like that

But maybe he has not yet the experience needed to handle it like a real job

Manana?! :o
What's that? sounds new!

Never being to Holland so it is not clear for us what you 're close to as way of thinking (france, germany, belgium, etc..)

well, my wife is latin, so i know what it means  :D

like Level42 says, we are here like "a deal is a deal" and not if you ask how is it with this and this, the answer is always "mañana, mañana, mañana"

It means "tomorrow", i.e. "I will do it tomorrow", typical response of a unreliable person that keeps on postponing his duties.
