update for erik: just got off the phone with stefan. he told me that he thought you would be coming over to his place because of some monitor chassis. i told him that you wanted to have your pooyan pcb along with the jamma adapter SHIPPED. if you give me your OK now, i'll let stefan know and he'll send it out to you (or not

That is partial correct, I did show some interest in a monitor chassis, and wanted to come over for that any time soon. But I never said that he could hold Pooyan for my visit.
In fact, on 14 November at the daddelparty he told me that he had shipped the game a few days earlier to me (for the second time, after he first send it wrongly to Belgium). How is it possible that he still has the game then?
And in his last reply to me on 14 December, after we talked about this possible visit, he said that he would find out more about the missing Pooyan pcb (with a tracking number I guess):

Never heard from him again, strange way of doing business. So yes, please, if he still has the PCB and the adapter, let him ship it out to me.
