now that i've got my replacement sanding tool, i can continue with the restoration process. part of my "mantra" is to keep as many original parts as possible - if they are restorable, even if it is only a piece of wood on the back of the cab like this one as you can see, the battle scars are deep!but let's see if we can save it anyway - with a lot of bondosanded ...... and repainted! i know that there are still a few dips here and there, but i didn't want to be too anal about it. believe me, even i know when enough is enough and when it's time to stop i would say the damage meter on this particular piece of the cabinet is down to zero - another part of arcade history saved
