those two locations are on my list allready. thank you, guys.
i doubt that vegas will be more impressive than some private arcades here in europe that i had the pleasure to visit in the past. but you´ll never know. :)

There's also a smaller annex of the pinball hall of fame in the Riviera casino, if you're stuck on the strip.

I have underfloor heating and my bill is lower than before.

It is a new type though, it doesn't need heavy bases etc like previous systems, or need to be turned on at the beginning of winter and take several days to reach stable temperatures, we even have a wooden floor over it. Granted, the building is well insulated and we have "double flux" ventilation with a heat exchanger that means we don't need to open windows to air the place out, temperature and humidity are constant. The difference is really impressive. It's also nice not to have radiators taking up room.

Supposedly the problem with pianos and even some people (those with bad circulation in the legs were affected) are with the old system. I can't tell, I have good circulation and no piano :)

This guy in Brussels can order just about anything but I imagine you'd have to go there.
I got some custom pinball stuff there.

It's a small shop that's been there since the sixties (and looks like it) but the guy has knowledge.
His prices also seem a bit random, so it's probably worth discussing.

One note: The best systems are not always the best selling systems.

Or as Douglas Addams put it: "There are are more cockroaches than human beings on the planet, that doesn't mean they're the superior race".

Artwork / Re: Back wall translite
« on: December 01, 2013, 06:25:15 PM »
I m hoping to print is like a pinball or video translite so that I can backlight it..... But my real issue is the resolution. I'm looking for expertise about how to make this small picture high res enough to blow it up.

Back in the day I did that kind of stuff, we used an app called Perfect Resize - http://www.ononesoftware.com/products/resize8/  (well, it had a different name then, but that's the one).

I believe Photoshop CC has a similar fractal-based resizing algorithm in it now. No idea how good it is though.

I had that problem with a Sinistar I used to own and it was the battery which had a broken leg.
You may want to check it didn't get damaged in transport or it may simply have died.

I find this strage... They sell the kickplate artwork for Crystal Castles which I am in need for.
I asked them how much the item would be and they gave me a price that was okay for me. I asked them 3 times now if it would be possible to send it to me and if I could have an invoice to pay the thing. No response to any of those mails.

I would love to buy the artwork since I want to continue with my Crystal Castles-project. As far as I can see they are the only guys around to sell the kickplate.

Any help getting it from them would be quite cool. :)

Greetings!
Tyrem

Pick up the phone and call them. They don't seem too great at managing email.

Ok, so the guy who is supposed to buy this keeps leading me on and promising pickup shortly.

I've reached my limit so it's back on the market. Ignore my initial price, make me an offer, I need the space.

They're in their original language and subtitled in Dutch and French.
