The first one is here. It needs restoring but will clean up nice. The biggest issue is there is black paint on the red control panel area. But it comes off easy enough.

The second is here:

Japanese Namco goodness!

Congrats, and now you have 2!

Very nice cabinet to own, and you are the right person to keep it running.

Yeah......I've got some mixed feelings.....yes the PD will be leaving....a fine working cab makes place for something I can only hope to get running  ::) ;D

And damn it's far and I need a big van to house it....but I already knew this upfront....

Sometimes doing crazy things in life is fun :)

Took some serious heat from Mrs. Level this time for this....

O well, that eased down already....

I have to say that although those Jap Namco cabs are cool because they are the "original", I do find the Atari version more beautiful and it also looks much more compact (may not be true in real life) but anyway it looks sleeker to me. I also always love the Atari steering wheel (which is of course much too large for a racing car like that, but I still have always wanted a game with an Atari logo-ed racing wheel :P

I also think the design of the atari version looks (a little bit) better. But they both look great, very nice color combination and art!

Now let's hope you get it running without too much headaches.

I feel very, very, VERY bad at the moment.

There's a very long story to it. But I don't feel like writing it.

Anyway, this deal didn't go through, entirely because of my decision.

I'll tell more later, the bottom line is that the costs of getting the machine here in _any_ way is so extreme, that I just can't justify it....

So no PP for me... :-\ :'(
