Guys, I had too much beers.....but .......what a MATCH........Maybe it's because I'm Dutch, but wasn't this the best match of the tournament so far ?

I loved it......first the 0-1 behind....stupid defense mistake, but in the 2nd half.....there was a new Holland.... I don't think I've ever lived a match SO intensely, or maybe the match against Germany in 1988......


Wesley Sneijder deserves a statue ! :)

no, it wasn't, i think the first half was pretty boring. the best match so far was germany vs england, but maybe that's because i'm german ;)

Really good match, Brasil deserved to leave the WC, they didn't do anything after their goal!

It was an exciting match, but not with very great football. The first half was boring with an huge error in the Dutch defense. Fortunately we decided right from the start of the second half that putting pressure on the Brasilan defense was the way to success. And we won.

The red cart was obvious, but Ooyer also deserved one, kicking a player with no ball in sight. Fortunately he only got yellow.

One thing concerns me a lot. We could have made at least two more goals in the final 10 minutes, but we lost our agressivity and sharpness, as always when we think that we are going to win. We can't have this behaviour against the Germans in the finals.

But in the end only the victory counts. We are in the semi-finals!!  :lol: :lol: :lol:

Argentina - Germany: 0-4  Great football play of the German team, it was a walkover, I loved watching it. Congratulations to all German forum members and all other Germans.

Our Dutch team won't have it easy in the finals with this German team. The more glorious our victory will be.  ;)

very few faults by the way, rare to this level of competition.

Germany played quite good. I think they have a big chance in winning it, but I think they will also be tired if they reach the finals: England, Argentina and the Spain (if they win). That is not an easy streak
