A guy on the German forum arcadezentrum.com, nickname Zaccaria forever, posted last 15th that he is able to get glas bezels for a lot of different Zaccaria cabs. Could be interesting for you. Here is the original message:

Thanks for the tip Erik, Bernd (Settler) already gave my contacts to the guy, he will send pics in this weekend.
Maybe we could find a nice bezel for Etienne's 2nd Zaccaria cab.
