Technical Area / fighting vipers problems

hi everybody
ik have got an issue with my fighting vipers
when it powers up i get the copyrights screen en then the sega logo with credits 0 ,in the left lower corner.
thats it no test menu or service works

i have 5 volt -5 volt 12 volt
when the board power up i get two leds onegreen and red then two red leds

any help welkom

hi everybody great find today zaccaria scramble
stood in an old barn for twenty years untouched!!!!!

cleaned it pcb with ic sockets to, sadly nog go scrambled picture monitor works though
not sure yet what to do repair pcb ,Multi pcb,dedicated mame??

nice machine though looks great need new t molding and cp
keeping this one

my name is robert,and i live in rijen the Netherlands near tilburg
i collect and restore dedicated cabs ,also pinball machines
