About the bezel retainer, you can see how it is originally mounted on this picture:

This guy at www.donkeykongrestore.blogspot.com is restoring a DK cab, doing a good job and taking lots of pics!
Which comes in handy for replica builders.

That fourth button hole was probably installed by the previous owner of the CP. Luckely the CPO will cover it Smiley ! Love this thread !
