Further.....response has been a bit slow this year.....we are seriously going to need more people and more machines to make it a fun and interesting Eurocade. Remember that unlike the last two years we are not going to drive around the country to pick up machines (and deliver back).....so.....come on people it's YOUR party you guys make or brake it
There is plenty room for more cabs and people !
Ok we have discussed our budget and estimated costs etc. and have settled on an entry fee of €15 per person.
This _will_ include lunch (rolls with cheese, ham, kroket, frikandel) etc., some crisps etc and the traditional Chinese/Indonesian meal at 18.00 hrs.
We have found a new and better place where we will order the food
NOT included this year are the drinks though because the club rules have changed and so,everyone can simply order drinks at the bar. Prices are moderate, f.i. €1,20 for a beer, €1,00 for a soft drink etc.
You can pay cash but we now also accept debit and credit cards and highly prefer this !!!
Also.....the rent price for the clubhouse has gone up quite a bit. This is due to the fact that laws have changed here and we can rent out the building only 6 times per year, so the club needs to make it a bit more profitable for each time they do.This also explains why we can't lower the entry fee any more....
Further, there will again be a little Competiton with a certain game this year.
We will update the list of games soon with the machines that the crew members will provide !
