Saturday 12 September 2015 will be Eurocade 5 !!!
Entry price is €15 per person (wether you bring a cab or not....). Children of paying visitors are free until age 18.
Entry fee includes a hot Chinese/Indonesian meal at 18.00h. in the bar area. There will also be some seafood provided by Monkfish !!!!

Yes Patrick, its the oldskool Eurocade so saturday only. Of course we will be building up on Friday.However there is also some club activity for the kids on the Friday evening which is some games they will be playing on the square in front of the building. So roughly between 18.00h. And 21.00h. we can't access the bar and the square. if we need to unload any cabs in that timeslot we will have to "go around the back" but that's not a problem but it would be easiest to do it during the day.
There's only kids from the marching band and I think it's 15 or so of them max. and all are over 8 years old and kid's activities usually stop around 21h. sometimes after that parents still have a drink or so but its no problem to also be in the bar around that time.

Due to some problems at the club we probably have to move the weekend of Eurocade to the next weekend, so saturday the 12th of september !!!!
Even that is not 100% sure yet though......just don't book anything for the weekend of the 5th for now !!!

It is !!!! It's back to the "old school" Eurocade though so don't expect a Retro Game Experience kind of event (or budget) :)
For US standards there will be a relatively small amount of cabs and the venue is small too. The good thing is that it's only collectors amongst eachother and an awesome bar and atmosphere :):)
I discussed this (again) with the "people in charge of the club" and regretfully there is no other option than moving the date:
Saturday 12 September 2015 will be Eurocade 5 !!!
Because there are new regulations from the city, the club is only allowed to rent out the building 6 times per year now, and Eurocade will be one of those events.
Following that they can only rent out 6 times per year, they want more money for the rent, and to be honest, we didn't pay that much money already. we should be able to keep things within budget though.
However, another rule that has changed is that we cannot bring our own drinks. We will have to buy the drinks from the bar. Prices are quite moderate though (coke,sprite etc. €1 beer (Heineken, Jupiler, Warsteiner) €1,20, whine €1,50 for example.
We will try to include the meal though. We stick to the tradion of eating "all together" at 18.00 hrs...but we will look into seriously upgrading the quality of the food. The restaurant where we got it from is gone anyway...... ::) ;D
Will have to do some calculations but I don't expect the entry price to be higher, in fact goal is to get it lower because of the extra cost for drinks.
The third thing is not new really, but seeing the increase of collectors and because we were a public event during the last two years at RGE, I am expecting more people to be interested at coming.
The building is not that big though and regulations say we can only have a limited number of people in the building. I don't expect any problems but if needed we might have to set a limit on the number of visitors.
If so, those who attended previous Eurocades and/or brought a cab will have some priority.
But again, I don't foresee a real problem with that, but in case it really gets crazy we might have to stick to that limit.
So........get your name on the list !!! Send me a PM, e-mail or simply (and best) post here if you are coming and what cab you will bring.
As mentioned, more than ever we are going to have to rely on people bringing at least one cab with them to make this edition another success....

I really feel bad about having to take the decision of moving the weekend....in fact, that decision was more made for me by the club.....
I realize for Behle it's good news, but it's not for Ully and I totally regret that as he wasn't able to attend the previous 2 Eurocades for the same reason.....but there's really not anything I can do about it :(
If things go well we should have WIFI in a month or two (they have to dig a cable from the street, we don't even have phone there now !) at the clubhouse.....
Would be great if we could have some of the "internet high score kits" on one or two machines and run a competition on those ? :)

No problem Behle. My female part votes for Lady Bug. In fact, it's a shame we didn't have this game at previous editions. BITD I saw (and played) 10 times more Lady Bugs than Pac Mans for some reason.
Very underrated but fun game ! :)

I seriously doubt that. The owner doesn't have the means to move it and we're not renting big vans/driving all across the country to pick machines up. So, unless somebody has a big trailer or van and coming in the central area of The Netherlands....but we'd really need to talk Reboot first of all.

I've added my cabs. Ms.Pac and Q*bert are optional, meaning I would hugely prefer it if someone else could bring them for obvious reasons. The Ms.Pac sides are perfect, but the vinyl _IS_ a lot more delicate than the original.

I'll be there, maybe with or without Zacc CK, 3 reasons;
1. don't have my ASX anymore, and the cabinet does not fit in my current temporary Astra. (non station version)
2. don't have a hook on the current temporary Astra, so putting it into my little trailer isn't going to make sence.
3. it's a bitch to move from the attic at my mothers. (two very narrow stairs, have done it 4 times now, but its a PITA)
The first two points are the biggest problem for me, the thirth point is just an extra on top of the first two.
I write temporary Astra because it could be i have my new car by then, (which hopefully will be big enough to put it in the back, or has a hook).
But that is unsure at this moment, so for now i need to say its going to be without.
If i have any means of transportation, i will bring it.

Guys, just had a quick look, the "usual" Van der Valk Hotel seems to be still in the same price range as the first years, at least if you book "last minute" now (weird huh, "last minute" booking for september....) it's 79 Euro's for a 2 person bedroom incl. breakfast for the friday on saturday night and also for the saturday on sunday night. The sunday on monday night is even 10 Euro's cheaper.
IMHO this is still a hell of a deal, I've been to some other hotels around lately and none of them could match the quality of the room and breakfast you get for this price !!!
In fact, I am kinda jealous that I don't stay there for the weekend......should I book a room maybe ?? ;D ;D ;D ;D

not that active anymore in the arcade world bud great to see there will be a oldscool eurocade.
liked the first two editions ,but RGE was to massive for me to much people :oops:.
love to join for this edition if thats oke.
Don't know if i can bring a cab i have some leftover cabs need to see if i can get one running for eurocade.
But the chance that someone else will bring the same is small.
So if its oke whit you guys put me on the list whit surprise cab ;D.

Yes by all means reserve the Hotel now, as mentioned, it's just a reservation, no money taken until you actually stay there and you can cancel for free up to 24h. before the actual stay.
The date is firm, september 12, and of course there is the set-up day and evening on friday the 11th....;)

Sadly....Michael simply can't make it and we'll have to accept his absence, just like Ully's....which is a shame as both are first time Eurocade "members" and we're going to miss them !

Further.....response has been a bit slow this year.....we are seriously going to need more people and more machines to make it a fun and interesting Eurocade. Remember that unlike the last two years we are not going to drive around the country to pick up machines (and deliver back).....so.....come on people it's YOUR party you guys make or brake it :)

Ok we have discussed our budget and estimated costs etc. and have settled on an entry fee of €15 per person.
This _will_ include lunch (rolls with cheese, ham, kroket, frikandel) etc., some crisps etc and the traditional Chinese/Indonesian meal at 18.00 hrs.
We have found a new and better place where we will order the food ;D
NOT included this year are the drinks though because the club rules have changed and so,everyone can simply order drinks at the bar. Prices are moderate, f.i. €1,20 for a beer, €1,00 for a soft drink etc.
You can pay cash but we now also accept debit and credit cards and highly prefer this !!!
Also.....the rent price for the clubhouse has gone up quite a bit. This is due to the fact that laws have changed here and we can rent out the building only 6 times per year, so the club needs to make it a bit more profitable for each time they do.This also explains why we can't lower the entry fee any more....
Further, there will again be a little Competiton with a certain game this year.
We will update the list of games soon with the machines that the crew members will provide !

Actually, i am in charge of that task, so if you can bring that laptop (or at least an image, so i have a fully configured machine myself 8) ) that would save me some work.
Ofcourse i still need to make it happen to have it in both rooms (which is no problem) but to have the source ready to go will be perfect !

Well, I unfortunately have to cancel my coming this year :?
For the very first time, a retro event (80s sci fi/vinyls/toys/star wars/retro gaming...) just pop up in my town (where cool things never ever happen!) and of course they asked to bring few cabinets from that era. And in my area, I am well known for being 'the arcade guy', so If I don't bring cabinets on this local event, who will do it? ::) :P
This gonna happen at...4km from my place. I decided to give a chance to that new 'local' event, which take place ...the same week end than the Eurocade! :'(
In term of logistic, it's gonna be a dream for me (4km), but also I'll be able to share this with my family (daughter is still too young for the two days Eurocade 'trip') but also local friends.
But the bad news is that I'm gonna miss the 'Old5chool one with' all of you, my brothers in cade (tm) :'( But just the once will not hurt...
Anyway, have a blast guys and see ya very soon for real (will schedule something in the Nuno's lair very soon!)

Well that's all just great news guys.....looks like it's going to be a very quite and small private party with a handful of cabs this year.
For me it looks like the Eurocade idea is running on it's last legs and I think the 5th might very well be the last.
People have booked flights and hotels and we have arranged the building (RENT !!!!) etc. etc. so we will go on but I just feel people think it's not worth it anymore.
So be it, let's go with a really BIG BANG and make it the best Eurocade ever and make people regret they didn't come !

I couldn't find a direct contact on the eurocade page, but based on the discussions, the people behind the event should be in this thread.
So, we are Awesome Retro (www.awesomeretro.org) a non-profit organisation, backed by 80 volunteers, with the goal "RetroGaming for everyone!". This is achieved by collecting, repearing and maintaining old home computers and video game systems and bring them to schools, musea, events and festivals, where people can enjoy them hands on. Up to 2014 Awesome Retro has visited and supported 62 events in multiple countries with a total of 401.902 visitors.
We could bring one or two arcade machines, like Phoenix, which isn't on your list. And we saw some discussing about bringing machines other than arcades, like an Apple ][, in case you need something, just let us know.
We also saw that the date was moved because of the location. If you run into any other problems or need a place to hold your awesome events in the future, we also run the AwesomeSpace (www.awesomespace.nl), located in the center of the Netherlands, Utrecht. In this 400m2 space, we have all the old gamesystems on display and ready to be played in a relaxed environment. The space is also equiped with studio-, enigeering- and event-areas to facilitate and unite the retrogaming community, like retrogamers, developers, demosceners, fixers, collectors, speedrunners, chiptuners, streamers, etc.
Let us know if you need some information. Or drop by the AwesomeSpace, you can check the agenda for opening hours, but we're open every wednesday evening.
Also, be sure to check/ask the awesome guys at the www.nozomi.nl forum or people running the TonTon club in Amsterdam or www.gamesencomputers.nl in Zwolle. They all have arcade systems and might join the fun.

I have to admit that I've never heard of you guys, but it is always a pleasure to become aware of other retro gaming enthousiast, especially when they are based in The Netherlands. :) Thanks for your intention to join Eurocade 2015, arcade retro gamers are always welcome with their dedicated classic cabs. Phoenix is an awesome game, I have it myself.
In 2013 and 2014 we were part (co-organizer) of the Retro Gaming Experience at Beeld en Geluid in Hilversum, as a retro game enthousiast you must have heard of it and probably have seen us in action already, or watched the awesome video's on Youtube. 8) This year is our 5th event (yeah) and we want this one to be 'small and cozy' again, back to original idea, like in the first two years. Therefore the number of visitors is limited and visitors who bring along one or more dedicated games have precedence. Maybe you could give some more details of your intention in a PM to Level42?
We know the guys behind Nozomi (I've been a forum member there for more than 5 years, left end 2014) and TonTonclub very well, their interest is however somewhat different from the idea of Eurocade.
I would love to visit one of your events, what is the agenda after June 6th?

OK friends, I've been updating the first post with all people who said they intend to come and also with the machines that have been mentioned to be there. Of course this is not set in stone.
If at all possible, I would love to "fill in the blanks" so if you see -cab ? please post here or PM me what you will bring :)
This kinda works as an "avalanche" the more people know what games (and how many) will be there, the more interesting it will be to attend :)
So far we have 24 machines listed but more are promised. We can easily handle 50 machines in the room so bring them on people :)

Very stoked about this event! It's closing in! Since I am flying in from Norway I can't bring a cab, but I am very happy to see that so many of you are bringing some great games along.

Well those famous healthy vitamin and fibers filled snacks like Frikandellen, Kroketten and Bitterballen can be ordered at the bar :):) As mentioned, like the drinks this year we have to order from the bar but prices are moderate enough.
Anyway, no worries about dinner or restaurants ....we will have the traditional complete power down and gameroom lock at 18.00h. and have our ritual community meal together......unless you really don't like Chinese/Indonesian food....but we're also looking to add some other food for those people....

OK as you guys know we have some costs for this event, like rent of the building for three days, food, electricity and some other stuff. We did a bit of calculation and we have come to an entry fee of 15 Euro per person.
As always we try to keep costs to a minimum and we are completely non-profit but there will of course be the traditional piggy bank for any extra voluntary donations, and you guys are going to LOVE this year's version :D

Was chatting with Fred Meijer the other day. He's a serious and long time collector of Atari stuff and the owner of www.rewindgames.com .
Talked about Eurocade and if he'd be interested to come (and bring his Canyon Bomber ;) ) and I also suggested he could do a bit of sponsoring.

I had a look at the long-term weather expectations (I did before on previous Eurocades, and they tend to be surprisingly accurate) and it looks really really great:
Friday (set-up day) : sunny, 20 degrees
Saturday: mostly sunny, 19 degrees
Sunday (clean-up day): occasional showers, 19 degrees

An advice for everyone: If you want to enjoy the full "Eurocade experience" I would strongly suggest to arrive on the friday.
First drop-off your machine(s) at the clubhouse so the Eurocade crew has plenty of time to set it up and you can go to the Hotel and check in, maybe have a refreshing nab and shower after the long travel and then get your ass back to the clubhouse to enjoy the set-up.... :D
Usually we are done around dinner time so the friday evening leaves plenty of time for a cosy pre-party :)
Then the saturday will be a relaxed day of play and fun from 10 am till around midnight.
Sunday is "clean up day", we have to remove all the cabs and bring back the clubhouse in original condition.
This would require a two-night stay for you guys, from friday to sunday.

My TRON upright will be in the trailer and I'm afraid all I could fit in the car to replace the Space Zap table is my Crazy Climber cocktail AKA the "milking the cow" game.

Guys I just scored two Official cinema translite A0 size posters of Pixels and I'll add one to the prizes for the High Score competition :)
As mentioned, they are translite....like plastic so you can backlight them for total awesomeness ;);)
We are also working on more prizes as we speak :D
(p.s. We know someone who works at the largest cinema chain in The Netherlands. Had asked her for those huge (or maybe smaller) cardboard signs they use for promotion in the cinemas but we were too late. She told us that normally they stand longer but all were destroyed before she returned from her holiday...this movie premiered last Thursday !!! ...not a good sign I'd say....and a shame really, would have been some fun decor for Eurocade.... Oh well.

I have asked several people in PM or FB or mail wether they already know if they are coming or not. The thing is, we need to organize food etc. and it is about 10 days to go...
Some people have .....let's say, a relaxed attitude and simply ignore my messages.
To be very honest, I think that is pretty impolite.
We do a lot of work to arrange Eurocade and if people can't even find the time to reply to a simple message..........
I know we all have Real-Life (™) going on, but believe me so do we, and yet we manage to organize stuff......well up ahead.
This is just a message that I am no longer "chasing" these people. Whether they show up or not.....I will see it on saturday the 12th (or maybe the 11th, whatever).
At the same time, I would like to thank the majority of people who _do_ communicate as well as they can....

André, this happens every time we have a party. Most of the people reply within 2 or 3 days to say at least 'thank you' for the invitation. There are some people saying 'I will tell you in a few days' and you never hear again from them and they don't show up. Then there are people that don't reply at all.....AND show up, bring some friends, need a place to sleep, etc. I am simply too polite to tell them to leave when they show up :-\
We are very much looking forward and it's pretty sure that - with Jochen's help - there will be 3 cabs from us: Space Encounters, Journey, Super Sprint....hope you guys will enjoy :)

Schiphol to Ridderkerk is about an hour by car, about 1.45h. By public transport.
There are plenty people staying at the Van Der Valk I guess....maybe you can get a lift.
The distance is not too far, only a couple of km's..... Cabs are expensive here....

Monkfish can't bring a cab but he offered to bring herring as snacks, and some other seafood for the evening dinner, so that is a great addition for the Chinese food, thanks Monkfish !!!
Another note:
We'll be adding some homecomputers and consoles in the hallway to enjoy....think about Atari 2600, 800, Vextrex, SNES etc.

So, just one more week until Eurocade !
Well it looks like we got lucky with moving the date because at first it would have been this weekend and the weather sucked yesterday and today lots of rain too.
The forecast for next weekend is still dry and around 21 degrees, Friday and Sunday will be sunny and Saturday a bit more cloudy but still dry. Let's hope it stays that way :)
Preps are still in full steam ahead, cabs being made ready etc.
One of these cabs is Robin's Blue Print, a pretty rare und unknown game. Played the game a lot on my Atari 8 bits so I am very curious to play the real thing ! :)
I am going to see if I can revive my Gravitar so that it can be ready too, but don't get hopes up too high. Things started to go wrong after installing a multi-kit, similar to the Star Wars (but I have a spare board set for that). Starting to dislike multi-kits now ;)
Sadly the post in France seems to be as fast as the farmers blocking their roads so the "new" Asteroids PCB has not arrived yet, but Chris will bring a working PCB so that machine is certain to be there :)
Despite having a list of only 30 people attending we still have a pretty good number of machines and we're still trying to get some more....

Some basic info guys:
- Registration is done via a PM to me :D
- when you arrive at the clubhouse please report to Etienne or Pieter (Gyruss) near the entrance of the gameroom (with good weather ;)). They will help you, give you info and accept your entry fee of €15. PLEASE have this ready in cash in the right amount.....we have very little change and this payment can ONLY be accepted in cash
- drinks and snacks you buy at the bar can be paid in cash but we prefer debit cards instead (in Dutch, PINnen) (we don't want to keep a lot of money in the clubhouse for obvious reasons). You can open a "bill" at the bar under your name which you pay BEFORE YOU LEAVE. We're going to trust you guys on this, if you fail to pay at the end you are screwing US because we will have to "settle the bill". We know a lot of you guys and we know who we can trust but there's also some new people....and yes sadly we have had bad experiences before (stuff being stolen....).
- there will be some small snacks served by us free of charge at the bar throughout the event.
- ONLY if you are bringing (a) cab(s) you can drive up on the paved area in front of the building. Please report to Etienne/Pieter FIRST though as there may already be too many vehicles there.
- The crew will try as much as possible to help with unloading and loading again but we cannot guarantee this.
- As soon as your cab are safely in the building, please remove your car from the pavement and park them in one of the streets around the building (note: there are NEW extra parking spots, so we have even more spots than before !)
- Please let us know NOW if your machine needs a credit button. These can be installed temporarily without damage to your coin door free of charge for the event.
- Dinner will be at 18h. sharp. We _will_ turn of all machines and close the game area during that time.
- We would like to make a picture with all attending people just before dinner so please be around the bar area at that time.
- Smoking is strictly not allowed inside the building. Smoking is allowed outside but please check if you're not bothering others.
- The clubhouse is located in a residential area. Lots of homes surround it. Please be cautious about this, especially in the evening hours, it is easy to cause noise...
- We all enjoy a couple of drinks but please keep this within reasonable limits. The bar personnel has the right (and instruction) to refuse alcoholic drinks if they judge you have had enough. Under 18's are not allowed to drink alcohol according to Dutch law.
- Respect the machines !!! Many of these machines have undergone hours and hours of careful restoration. Some parts are "unobtanium"....treat those machines as if they are yours.... we WILL throw out anyone not keeping to these rules.
- NO FOOD OR DRINKS IN THE GAMEROOM !!!! Reason, see above. Enjoy your drinks at the bar and have a nice chat :D

Do you think is it OK if the crew members join in the competition ?
Of course we already know which game is the secret game but I'm pretty damn sure none of us has had the time or opportunity, let alone the will to actually practice it.
It's also not a common game that one of us is good at so....what do you guys say ?
After all the competition is still mostly to have some fun....
As an example: The guys from John's arcade pick the competition games too and still compete....

Checked out frogger today. It is working, checked the joystick ( for Level 😉 )It is working correctly but the switches are very close so this makes the frog ' jumpy' If time I replace it.
Picture looks a bit blurry... Gonna let it run for couple of hours on thursday just to make sure.

They should be correct now but as you can see the leaves are very close to the shaft so it is very easy to hit both right and top at the same time....... May I can find time to switch joysticks.

The car is loaded. ........ Did a test run for 4 hours, everything checked out. ✌ The tl tube was not working, fixed it, bad connection due to heat and age of the whole rigg.
Forgot to lock the control panel so it dropped out while loading the cab, including the back glass 😨😨😨😨😨 it dropped on my shoe and I had a cut in my hand ...... But the glass ended on the carpet in one piece 👍👍👍👍😄😁
Lucky escape, only one wire came loose so we have to solder that back tomorrow. Is there a soldering iron available?

The competition machine will be revealed at 11.00 o'clock in the gameroom. I hope everyone will be there so I can explain the rules again :)
So the rules about the competition:
1) There is NO need to register for the competition.
2) The game will remain secret until 11 o’clock AM. The game will then be revealed and competition begins
3) The game will be set to default factory settings
3) You can play as many times as you wish, as long as you obey to rule number 3)
4) DO NOT HUG THE MACHINE. You can have several go’s throughout the day but if someone is waiting for his turn you MUST allow the next person in line to play.
5) When you think you’ve reached your best score, ENTER YOUR INITIALS and take a picture of the FULL screen with your mobile phone or camera as proof.
6) If you have the highest score, please report to one of the Eurocade crew guys and they will write the highest top three score + name of player on the board. ONLY THIS SCORE IS VALID in combination with your picture (no smart-ass changing numbers on the board people ;) )
7) The competition ends at 17.30 h. Directly after that the top three score players will be announced in the bar area.
8) The winners can pick their prize. The winner gets to choose first, then the runner up and then the third guy
9) The prizes are:
- hi-score save/internet connection kit by Jochen Hippel for any game you choose (that is, which is available of course
- 30 Euro voucher for www.rewindgames.eu
- 30 Euro voucher for www.arcadeforge.de
- Official Pixels Translate movie poster
10) In case of any discussion about rules, the Eurocade crew will take a decision and that is final.

OK, I didn't take many problems because I had no camera with me but others had serious good stuff and made tons of pics.
So only a few from our 'roadtrip/party'.
As most of you might know we made a short stop in Belgium to pick up a cab. Thanks to Chris for arranging this deal for me!!
Since the cab took the most space in Dirk's car, Jochen was so kind to pick up two cabs at our gameroom and brought them to Eurocade...thanks man!
In return we loaded his three cabarets so he could easily load his car. We thought about running a 'mobile arcade' ;D

It has been a great weekend, thanks to the Eurocade-crew for setting this up, very nice people, cosy location, good catering.

This was the first "intmitate version" i've been to, I'm really digging the vibe compared to the Retrogame Experience related versions before this!

Guys what can I say ?
I still have to clean up loose stuff like TVs, consoles/computers, there are 2 arcade machines in my living room/kitchen that need a better place and there's boards and stuff all around and my mind says I have to clean up all that stuff but my body seems to refuse in every possible way :D
What a fantastic edition it was !!!! Although we seriously missed some of the regular people who sadly couldn't make it, the event was simply awesome !!!
It was great seeing all the old friends again, all those crazy people who are willing to drag cabs around western Europe for just one day.....you are nuts in the best possible way and without you Eurocade would be nothing ! :spaceace: :spaceace: :spaceace: :spaceace: :spaceace: :spaceace:
It was also great to see some people who had been to the RGE's but not to the "bithplace" of Eurocade before and it was good to see they enjoyed this event at least just as much ;)
And it was great to welcome some first-time Eurocaders like the Tenpence guys from the UK and Arch all the way from Norway !!
It's crazy, but classic arcade videogame love simply seems to bring the most cool people together !!
Admittedly I had experienced some stress before the event, but that washed away within some seconds when the first guys with cabs arrived on the friday :)

It was a pleasure to be involved again and to talk to all you guys, drink Beluga Vodka, and liters of water, with Bela and others, play some great games, had an unique encounter with the Dutch police on the hotel parking lot (with enough wodka in my breath to set their van on fire. They must have noticed that. LOL), suck at Nibbler, but just scored enough for the 4th place and had a blast from Friday till Sunday.
Arch, thanks for the very nice pictures, especially the one on which Space Zap is shining. I will supersize it and hang it over my bed!!! Best game ever, would trade any of my games for it. ;) ;)

Yeah, I also noticed the sound disappeared during the evening. The cassette sound was there btw.
We will swap our cabs this evening with Jochen so I can take a look what's wrong with the Journey sound. Maybe just the connectors...again ;)

I think that's the mutual feeling amongst all visitors Ingo :)
However I am still very proud of what we managed to achieve with RGE, offering the public an unique chance to play our machines. The looks and smiles of those visitors, often parents of our age bringing their kids were priceless.
But yes, as Eurocade, this is how it was meant to be ;);)

Based on some comments I got at Eurocade 2013 & 2015 ;D I replaced the frogger joystick so that the game can also be enjoyed by those that find it hard to move the joystick in a straight line.... :D ( including myself )

LOL, yes thinking you push the joystick up and see frogger jump right is quite killing for the game :)
Well done and.......PERFECT choice of color for the ball IMHO, really matches nice with the yellow colors in the CP artwork :)

Off the Wall ? Didn't even know that was released for the 2600....it also looks a lot different than the arcade version...
Hard to believe they still made commercial games for the 2600 in 1989...interestings that it was done by Axlon....

Yes, I checked the Cosmic Ark gameplay before my purchase, and I immediately thought about Space Zap! :) I will probably built a replica Space Zap cabaret around the A2600!!!! LOL Will do until I have the real deal. ;D
