I'm afraid my electronics arcade expertise are limited

In most cases, they remove one of the daughtercards and install some eproms to the pcb.
Mine was made by P-man(Andysarcade.com), but I guess other pcb gurus can make it also.

The manual packet contains the wiring chart for the cabinet that includes the PCB pinouts etc.
