Muter rejuvenator adapter thread

If it's OK, I start a thread here where I document my experiences with what Muter Rejuvenator adapter is required for which tube.

Of course there already is a table for this (http://andysarcade.de/data/electronics/testing/mueter/mueter_crt_liste_2009.pdf thanks to Andreas) but some tubes are not listed and even if it is it's nice to have a confirmation....

Here we go:

Samsung 51GGD95X-TX (on Kortek KTM-20 monitor) : Adapter 808

Wells Gardner 6100 (color vector) 19VLUP22: Adapter 815.

Note: for ALL adapters starting with 8 you can also use the one's starting with 7. So for the 815 you can use 715 as well. The only difference is that the 7 series is a complete cable instead of one with the extra plug.
