But Im interested what Etienne means ?

I'll write it in names, thats easier  ;)

Bela - Bela's brother - chris chris - André
Yeah, that is the plan. ;D
I will be in Brussels in January or February, I can take it with me, I hope I won't get involved in the same situation as Muerto did in Gatwick airport. ;D
Will you be flying with the power brick ?? Brave man !!! If you dont feel like doing that I totally understand and have no problem at all paying shipping my friend. Dont want you to get into delays/problems about it !

Thank you Béla !!! This is the first time I actually see that Atari logo label still on the transformer !! Not sure if all the power-bricks were supplied with it though....but being an Atari-junky this is extra cool :)

And so would a repro-sticker be  Etienne ;D ;D ;D ;D

Do note that there are various transformer types used (see my posting nr. 2 https://www.dragonslairfans.com/smfor/index.php?topic=3207.msg43470#msg43470) so for the completely anal types ( ;D) you'll need to change the transformer number according to that table depending on which power supply it is ;)

WAAAAAHHH a real donation for the Lunar Lander project. That makes you 5% owner of the to-be cab !  ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D
And of course.....a life-time free-play bonus  ;D ;D ;D ;D

Thanks very much my friend !!! :) :)

By the way, that's a nice scale !!! Are you still sure you want to take that on the plane with you considering the weight/size/looking like a bomb ??
Really it is no problem at all if you prefer to ship it to me through post, I'll of course cover the costs !

(On the other hand, the customs guys face is probably pretty priceless when they check it out.... ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D)

I've been playing the iPad Lunar Lander a lot lately and I must say it rocks on that already.... the touch screen is at least somewhat resembling the thruster but not really of course.

Here's a nice video which shows the game in action PLUS the thrusters's role.
http://youtu.be/uJLmXildv2E

It's funny to see his strategy in playing....I usually let the ship come in much faster and then try to thrust like hell and steer correctly to land it :) The thing is you must be very economic with the fuel !!

Not a problem,
here is what i got now, (based on a very skewed image)
I see there is 2 models, and each models has revisions.

I cannot make out of the pic which revision you have, as a matter of fact, i dont see any revision printed at all  ;D

I did add a revision line, or do you prefer just the model without revision ?

Mmmm.....although I totally appreciate that work, I am not THAT anal.... I'll give it a good cleaning for sure, will check the Big Blue (still got a replacement from BR on stock, should it be needed) and put in some fresh fuses but I guess that's about it....:)

I'm not too keen on the gold-paint on that beautifully restored one...it's a bit too much for me....

Yes ! :)

Well....I did a little research. The pics on the original ad (quickly saved them, the ad is still there) shows a pic with a label on the underside with the number A0-35888-01

Following Jed's table (see earlier posts) this was used on PS Assy (Power Supply Assembly) A037671-XX
(From that we learn that it is the unshielded version)

Following this, the Transformer used is either a 142003-001 or a 142003-002. There is no indication what the difference between -001 and -002 is.
Anyway, only one wiring diagram is indicated so the difference can't be that big....

Anyway, it's either -001 or -002 and I have no idea how to say which it is.....anyone else knows ?

Wait a minute, that restored one has 142005-001 printed on the side of the transformer.....

Don't see any printing on the one Béla found though....maybe it's simply dirty ?

thats a good investigation, but i still dont know if you want the revision on there the way i did, or just simply behind the number, so without the extra "Rev. " line in the label

whatever the number will be, i can print them if i know in which way you prefer it.

maybe bela can clean a bit and check the transformer for you ?

could it be that there is a difference in amps between the revisions ? (just a guess..)

There used to be a sticker on side, but it is gone by now:

The whole thing was painted to black and I can see the dust under the painting, so it was made by an idiot, he was too lazy to clean it before the job. ;D
By the way, the big blue is more than fine, it is a 26000 mf 15 V cap and I measured 26230 mf and 0,02 ohm resistance on it with my magic equipment. ;)
