Anybody interested in my weird Joust?
« on: May 31, 2011, 10:07:56 PM »
I have to make some room for some new arrivals and I really don't want to dump this one.
It is some kind of a Joust, but  a bit different from both well known types.
The sidearts have some scratches on both sides, otherwise it is in good condition of it's age.
It has no original marquee, cpo, bezel and pcb, but fully working.
It has 2 connectors, 1 jamma and 1 for a fruit machine pcb.
I tried it out with a Cabal pcb and the controls are also working with those buttons, monitor(Selti) is bright and clean.
I guess the shipping price will kill the fun, but I thought I should give it a try.
Asking price is 50 eur, I guess the monitor itself worth that money.

I can arrange transport to most of the European countries between 100-150 eur.

Sideart is from a Joust 2 and the cabinet looks like a "Montanari" style cab. Out of curiosity: are sidearts stickers or decals?

It is possible that the bottom-most flip can fit Andrè's Euro Joust  ;)

Marco, the sidearts are painted and finsihed with some kind of shining material.

Looks like an Italian licensed Joust 2. Pretty cool - have you checked www.arcadeflyers.com to see if there is a flyer for it?

Yeah, it's surely italian, but didn't find any further info about it on the net.

I can't believe no-one is interested in this ? It's perfect for a Multi-Williams !! Make a new CP, and you've got a lovely machine :)

The paint (not the entire sides) on mine is pretty shiny too.

&Bari, no worries :)

In Dutch (and French I guess) André  sounds (somewhat) like Undray, where Andrè would become Undr-eh (short  Like the first E in Everything....
Would sound weird ;)

Yeah, all I need is a marquee, cpo, bezel and a pcb with custom sizes (which is not available), because it's smaller than the original USA version. ;D :-\
