I picked up the coin switches and installed them back in the door.
Solderd the wires back in place and secured them with tie-wraps
After that i ajusted the coinmech a bit and checked it with guilders for proper working.
the guilders stuck every time before i took it apart, but they work again now.
Time to finish this baby

I took the coindoor frame, and it looks pretty good.

Some minor damages, so for now a little cleaning and 1 coat of black spray paint will do fine.
eventually it will be powdercoated so one layer of paint is ok.

Ofcourse everybody knows that you cannot paint good without Etienne's pattented "superpainting hang-dry-System 9000"

Whats left to do in the meantime while the paint is drying ? yes, the key part...

As you can see , lots of brass corosion and dirt, so its time to call "Mister Muscle"

I am using an old toothbrush for the grooves...

And again for the "before and after shot" lovers...

Now for the lockpart, i took it apart to polish that too...
A piece of masking tape prevents the pins from falling out..

Polishing done, now putting it back together again

Thank god, without loosing any pins and in working condition...

The coindoor decal has "slides" that direct the coin to the coinmech.
ofcourse i cannot install them dirty !
before and after cleaning with some soap:

The coin lights where working, but one of them was a bit more dark, so i decided to change all 3 bulbs
(thanx gyruss, you paid for them when i bought your DK caps

)
In the bottom the old bulbs, in the top the new bulbs..
The old where 6V, but my local supplier only had 6,3V.. i can live with that

A coindoor key without a keychain is not a coindoor key...
That is what Ully would say i think, so i printed this compilation in the size of a keychain that i had around..

Double print on Photo paper with inkjet
Ready for cutting..

Installed them in the keychain..

Coindoor complete !

Thats it for now, i played some rounds with a friend after i installed it in the cab, and now i need to see what my next step will be..
