Before the story
“the rescue of the CK Bezel-artwork” i really tried to negotiate with the owner, and like i wrote before we did not come together about it.
During the scanning, i could take a closer look at the machine, and checked it out.
I thought; what the heck, lets give my negotiationskills another try…
I cannot let this baby here, i need to save more of it than just the bezelartwork…
Unfortunatly the seller didn’t give in , and holds the machine by its joystick and guarded it with his life
It was ovious that my negotiation skills where not good enough….
So i decided to throw the seller in prison…..
The only condition that i would let him out was to agree with the selling of the machine…
The guy wanted to go home too, so he agreed, and i let him out.
Oke , joking time is over..
He was a very kind and nice man, and in the end we made a deal wich made everybody happy.
This way please….
Do you think it will fit in your trunk ?? the seller asked to me..

The story started with the scanning of the bezel because bela’s bezel was broken during transport…
No way this is going to happen to me!
So, i offered the bezel a nice and comfortable place in the babyseat that i put in the front seat for this occasion.
Lets be honest, babies belong in a babyseat
On the way i called a friend of mine, because he owed me one
I asked him to help me , because i made an arrangement with my mother, one upright in , one table out, so its time for an exchange operation.
After we unloaded the cab, we put it in the street and prepaired ourselves for some heavy lifting..
It needs to go to the attic of my mother (2 stories up in a narrow staircase with 2 curves..)
After some muscle and sweat its at his final destination..
I finaly got a Ckong!
After i put back the bezel, it was time for a game, and my mother had a barstool around wich she offered to use for this machine !, thanks mum!
Restauration will start as soon as i have time for it, and i will start another topic for that later.
