Sorry for bringing up an old thread (it seems to be a habit of mine on this site ) But, did you put a knocker in?

Nope, no need in fact... no need? imho a qbert without a knocker is incomplete! Remember I own an 'European' version of the cabinet/game, which didn't came with a knocker (no evidence of it) So I keep its 'European' particularity

Mmmmm-mmmm-mmmmm-mmmmm.....
I must say I really was all FOR the knocker and if you play a casual game it is funny but once you start to play some series of games it gets a bit old after the 30th time (or so ) IMHO.....I can imagine if you'd want to play a serious "session" of games it might be nice to turn it off....

It's time to upgrade that one! I bought a Q*Bert FPGA board ...years ago and didn't install it so far. Quick test outside the cabinet : Plenty of games in there... But all I need is Q*Bert Next step, adjust the screen size ... and install ... a knocker, finally!
