I few weeks back, I found a non-working pcb marked as Super Cobra, it was a non-worker, but my friend was so kind and repaired it.
When he tested the game, he informed me, that the colours of the helicopter, the level indicator and the fuel bar is quite different from the known Konami/Stern version and some of the roms and the prom does not exist in mame.The attract mode and the levels are also different.

The colour difference may have just been because of a different colour PROM, but I’ve never seen the bases that fire and also move. As if Super Cobra wasn’t hard enough already!

Thanks Phil, I'm planning to install your multigame kit to this pcb.
This version is extremly hard indeed, harder than the Konami/Stern version.

Alas, your pictures of the PCB do not show for me in this post
but it does look like an interesting variation. I too am planning on putting the multigame in one of my cabs
