Hi,
not sure if this is what you are looking for, but there is a pinball museum in Neuwied, Germany:
http://www.flippermuseum.eu/ They have more than 150 pinballs in there, but you have to pay per game. You need to buy Deutsche Mark and you can get them cheaper if you buy more, but it still gets quite expensive very fast. Otherwise, it's a great location and they have really cool machines.
Furthermore, there is a company named Solf. They have amusement halls mostly for gambling machines in the area of Bonn and Cologne, but they also have a few pinballs (up to 3 - 4 per hall) and some Naomis and also dedicated arcade cabs in there.
http://www.solf.de/01_spielstaetten/index.htmlThe one at the Friedensplatz in Bonn has three pinballs, a 4 player Outrun 2, a Twin Sega Rally 3, some lightgun games (I think there was a House of the Dead 4 and Ghost Squad) and some Naomis with Soccer and Tennis Games. Pinballs have been Spider-Man, Medieval Madness and Pirates of the Caribean.
The other amusement halls also have some pinballs and arcades, but I don't know which.
It's not something worth to go there only for this, but if you are near by, it is definitely worth a visit.
