We are very proud to introduce you our project: an association dedicated to the preservation of the Arcade, focus on retro cabinets.
We will propose meetings around the Arcade in order to help you to discover, rediscover, and better know this unique and precious legacy that we all have to care about.

The informations are spread on the web via our website www.coinoplegacy.com and the associated Facebook page.
Don't hesitate to comment and follow us.

Pictures and videos of the evening are coming.

I was there for the first 'public' session, simply called LEGACY #1, the 12th of April 2014 @ Paris/FRANCE

Sorry for the crappy and the very few pictures, but I went there just... to meet people, playing games and enjoy the moment!

Like you've probably seen in the bat968's first post, there are enough & various games to please everyone here  :)

A FOUR Virtua Racing setup, hellll yeah! This is NOT something you'll see everywhere... very impressive, and a must have for organizing competition!  :)

Speaking about Virtua Racing, a special guest was there... lady & gentlemen, please welcome the very famous Cyril "Crevette" Drevet! He was the famous animator of the early nineties French TV show called "Televisator 2" (related to video games news + qizz). A special feature of the show was... "the duel"! He faced at the end of each program a contestant on the game Virtua Racing! He was so good at this game that he often left more than 30 seconds ahead of his opponent. In short, a true champion at this game!

And so, I had to ask him an autograph on a 'Virtua Racing' item, let's say my PS2 Japanese version!  ;D

The 'master' in action  :)

Of course, a Virtua Racing competition was organized : 32 participants! I ended at the worst place ever : 4th position... just before the podium/prizes/honors! ;D

I was really happy to meet the entire Coin-op Legacy team! You all rock, guys! You really did a great job : great selection of cabinets/games, the DJ did the job perfectly, the organization of the VR contest was perfect (loved the 'real time' comments during the races  ;D), the decoration, the drinks, the lights, the posters... well... everything was great! I don't regret my trip to Paris that week end! Be sure to see my face again on your comings events...and hope to see you in the Nuno's Lair very soon of course!  ;)

Once again, all the best to this adventure, guys!

Thank you so much for coming Bruno!!
You made a long trip and make the honor to be there for the first meeting, so really, thank you!

Argh, sorry for the VR final ranking! You did amazing races, especially the one where you have jumped from the 3rd to 1st place 1 sec before the finish line, it was awesome, congrats!

As the other Arcade fans here, you are welcome any time!
See u soon!
