A lucky French member on gamoover.net made an interesting find : Cyber Tank / Coreland Technology, Inc.

(original topic in French here)

Here few pictures :

According Arcade History website : Cyber Tank was never released but had a location test around August 1988, which failed... As of this writing (July 2012), there is only one known cabinet in existance at this time. (source)

So that one may be a prototype? Did you ever heard 'bout it?

Wow, impressive ! Never heard about it, man wouldn't it be cool that this was that single one built ?

Do I dare to ask: does it do anything ?

Mand that is some CP ;)

Did you post it on KLOV forum already ? Maybe they know more ?

Moving that thing is probably harder than moving a real tank ;)

Did you notice the cabinet sides, it's not just a sticker with artwork but real plastic molds....very cool, they put a load of work in it for sure !

Love the dual monitor set-up too, like some other games used of course (one direct view, one mirror).

Really hope the PCB set shows some signs of live, it's going to be very hard to fix that if there are custom chips on it....

Indeed. It can only be transported standing upright or laying on it's back.

1988...big chance of finding customs  :-\
