I think you are right etienne, and seeing the pics of JCP (thanks man :)), i'm now 100% sure it's not a mistake. ;)

What about the halftone? Did you ever had to make some squared dots? ???

I have not, but i can explane why it looks square.

here is a stroke of halftone, that has the same effect

the second pic is zoomed in extremely and explanes why it looks like squares, its because the dots are overlapping and the holes created by it look a bit square.

the more overlap, the smaller the square becomes  ;)

In the lighterpart, it looks like there is more spacing between the dots, but what actually is happening, is that the diameter of the dots is getting smaller and leaves more of the background color "shining through" ::)

Hey! :)
I still have some questions for VectorMaster, can i ? :p

Im drawing the outer parts of the stickers, but i dont know how to deal with rounded edges..

As you can see i ve started by making somes circles then i will stitch everything with pathfinder.
It's precise, but it's also take time.. I was wondering maybe you guys know a better/faster technique?..

Thx for reading. :)

I used to love this comic when i was a kid (still lovin them!).
I cant read the text, but i loved to watch all the pictures. :)

Sorry for upping this, but i noticed that on vectorlib there are almost all the scans for Super Hangon but the CPO is not complete. The control panel overlay is made up of two pieces of plexiglass with two different graphics placed one over the other to give a sort of 3D effect.

Recently i acquired a weel in better conditions than the one i had, and had the opportunity to scan those plastics  ;D

I have not ilustrator nor vectormagic so i was thinking to place the files somewhere and have them vectorized and then sent to vectorlib...
