Holy Crap! That is starting to get serious proportions. Would not look bad on an indoor swimming pool for some rich dude villa. How many games fit in there?

This thread is getting more epic by the day. I can't wait to see it finished!

Next step : carpet selection  8)

Since you have a light/white ceiling and pretty light walls I'd pick a dark color. Maybe the dark blue (2nd from right on the top row)?

The fabric looks a bit more rough than the carpet in the V1 and V2, is that right?
No arcade cab(s) yet, but happy owner of 2 Colecovisions, 2 Amigas and a pc running Mame.

Consider blacklight carpet?  It'll add quite an awesome punch..  :D

I agree! A carpet with small little blacklight figures on it would be AWESOME.

Is the carpet "naaldvilt"? Always good. Really sturdy stuff, and thanks to the colour difference, you won't see anything on it. Antracite or dark blue are always safe colours. I would skip the fancy. Keep the focus on your collection.

What's with this door?
- Is it extra wide? Then your ceiling is really high
- Or is it extra short? For Sun?

PLUS a large part of it cannot be seen because of the Galaxian Theater. I would go for an ordinary carpet there....dark blue is good :)

Just to give you an idea, here's a quick test to show you one row of 'regular' cabinets... So you can guess the big amount of games I can put only in the V3! (and the games are even not 'side against side' in that test  ::)) ... if I hadn't to put a Galaxian Theater of course  :P

Yes, this gonna be a dark color, and very strong to resist the heavy weight of the games.

Consider blacklight carpet?  It'll add quite an awesome punch..  :D

well, it was my initial idea, but there is no shop around with these... I found some in Germany but the price is just ... too much! Keep in mind I have to order something like 85 square meters... Even a 'simple' carpet 'enough strong for this purpose' is something like 20-25€ per meter :ghost:

What's with this door?
- Is it extra wide? Then your ceiling is really high
- Or is it extra short? For Sun?

It's an extra wide custom door....and the ceiling is really high! (almost 4 meters at this location)  ;) The company didn't want to make such 'extra wide' door ...but I strongly insisted!  ;D
