Using this material... it will be painted or used to smooth out the osb?

So Bruno... Paint or carpet walls?  :)

It is also almost identical to how my gameroom was built.

However, for homes it is almost never used here.

Oh, there is still some work to finish in the V2/V3 'corridor'...

OSB done now on that area, good!

Some progress made also about the V3 'restroom' :

...and of course the 'glass fiber' applying keep going... not fast to apply it on more than 120 m2...

Looking great Bruno, I must say after all the discussion on how homes are made everywhere, I must say yours is the one guaranteed to be standing long after we're all dead!  Cement block construction is sure better than wood beams we used, sure.. Our house is brick, but only a veneer.

I chose a metal building 'cause it was much cheaper than a wood frame building with a shingle roof.  I can't imagine how much it's costing you to build this, as it seems you've designed it to be in Tornado Alley, and it would definatley survive a hurricane!    I do understand though it has to be much stronger to withstand the snow load.  By the way, What is your roof made out of?  there were no pix of it going on... How thick, insulated? Is it metal? How is it attached?

Decided on steps or ramp yet?   :D

I prefer not to count the €€€ already spent on this... Fortunately for me, all the expenses were spread along a lot of months years! Otherwise I wouldn't be able to do it 'in one shot'!

Well, I didn't see how they fixed all the roof parts... but yes, these 'panels' are insulated. This is something like this... maybe there's more inside mine, but I don't have the exact spec. atm

Progressing on the glass fiber...

how high can you get?

Damn! I really should consider adding a mezzanine or something...

Not easy to apply alone glass fiber on a such high... I'm continuously climbing up/down on the ladder to correct that sheet  :-X

Bruno, I didn't realize how tall your lair will be!! Good job .. It would really give it the feel of an arcade from the 80s!!!  Are all you lairs this tall?

Nope. The others are lower, look at the very beginning of the thread, it started of with V1 being Bruno's garage.

Glass fiber is applied everywhere on the main room...

...well, almost everywhere. Because I'm still waiting the delivery/installation of the custom V3 door, I prefer not to finish that area until the room can be 'hermetically' closed
