OK, here's a new episode.
Well, remember, there is a small junction between the V1/V2 rooms and the new V3 room.
That new junction has a specific roof of course; but that specific roof wasn't include in the roofing company quote. So when they build the main V3 room, they installed something very 'light'. And here's what happens when raining too much
Here's the temporary installation they've done... with simple roofing
The major problem here : the surface is ... fully horizontal ...
... meaning the water doesn't flow and stay here
In addition, there's no isolation water at all : no water seal, no silicone...nothing...
Ok, let's call a real specialist to fix this ... my father!
Let buy a new ladder... it's very high here (4 meters) :
...building a new structure, with a slope...
...and a real roof boards...
...and at the end of the day, the job is done :
Now this roof 'between the two building' is totally hermetic : water sealed, a new gutter connected to the first building.
And most important : no more water leak inside the room.
