Bruno this is going great! You really are something else! I haven't even started my build and you are already expanding yours.
Keep up the great work, and as usual thanks for sharing your progress. It's very inspirational to see this and it may get some of us off our butts and get building!

Bruno,
How big is your existing game room (length x width)?
Thanks!
Alex

HI Alex...

Too small  :P ... the actual version is 7.5 meters by 4 meters  :-\

With the V2, the room will be 8 meters by 7.5 meters  ;)

No idea  yet about the V3 -who'll include the Galaxian Theater-, but it will be huge, you best believe me   :pac: :ghost: :ghost:  :ghost::ghost:

Thanks for the info Bruno. I really look forward to viewing your progress.
I don't think I'll ever get mine built because of the cost, but I can dream!

Don't get discouraged, We all started somewhere...  I started with my Genesis, SNES, & Dragon's Lair all crammed in my little bedroom.. and just went from there!!!   Just remember, If you cannot have an external gaming room, you can have a den or extra bedroom for your gaming room to start!   ;)    Don't give up... Keep chasing after your game room!!      ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D
Crossing our fingers for you!!!!   ;D ;D ;D  Sonic 1992

Hello everyone,

I've been following this forum for a while, and I finally registered myself today  :)
When I see your gameroom Bruno, all I can say is :o. Great work!

I am currently in the bedroom stage :D. So no arcade cab for me. :'(
But as a compensation I built an arcade control panel, jamma connector, power supply and scart connector to connect the pcb's I have to my tv. In real RGB like you do your cabs Bruno ;)

Wanted: Cadillacs and Dinosaurs CPS1 Q-Sound pcb | SegaSonic The Hedgehog Art & instruction set

Man, I wish I could build like that ! Is your dad in the construction business ?

If i'd make a concrete floor like that over here, it would be half sunken in about 5 years......I hate living on clay-ground !

I will need piers and it's freaking expensive !!!
So is ALL construction work here ! For a brick construction, without isolation it would cost me €20000,- to have it build !!!!! :o :o

I'm now looking at a wooden shed. I know it will need more maintaining, but it's better for the cabs then an un-isolated single brick walled one.....

Really looking forward to the rest of the pictures, keep up the good work my friend !!!

I love cats  ;D ;D ;D ...  :-X

My father says : "Its happens very often... don't worry... It'll give good luck to this project..."  :P :)

View of the tube, who'll allow me to connect this new room to one of the four existing electrical circuit :

Do you remember I'm living in Belgium ?  ;)

Ok, I presume you know all that this is not a *real time* update... so... let's go to the future... I would say two months l8ter ... after the winter  8) ;D ;D ;D

I got all I need to build the wall and even start the roof...

We got lucky I guess with our cement, I scared the cats everytime they got close to the cement work.  They knew to stay away! LOL

It did help that the cement sat hard in about 3 hours.

Cool!
I really look forward to seeing the build of your arcade!
Are you doing the building by yourself at this point?

Looking Great!! ;D

Are you going to make a doorway through to the new section or takedown the whole wall?

If you do a doorway, It might be possible to do all the work with minimal mess/dust in the lair!   :pac:  :ghost:
