I think it is the same pinout of my Taito Alca Meteor (Moon Cresta clone)pcb
Your pcb is RL070002  RLN00001 look here for your pcb
http://www.coinop.org/kb_dl.aspx/KB/FAQs/LIST-Taito%20Boards.html
Look at your connector you see gnd +12 +5 -5
I really like to see it working  :)

you have the pins for the power
Power it up and
try pin 18 for video signal

Is it a color game ?
Do you have a monitor with a composite video input ?
Power the pcb up with only the pins gnd ,5volt , -5volt (not 12 volt it is mostly for audio amp)
Check with the composite input on your monitor/tv for video signals on the pins
If you have a scope check for video signals on the pins

Made a real ugly 'minimal" adapter for this one and fired it up without any hope. :-\
 ;D ;D ;D

For first sight, I thought it is a graphic issue, but maybe it is some japanese text???

Next step, hook up the sound, controls and coin up. ;)
