you have the pins for the power
Power it up and
try pin 18 for video signal

You mean try out red, green and blue on that pin?

Is it a color game ?
Do you have a monitor with a composite video input ?
Power the pcb up with only the pins gnd ,5volt , -5volt (not 12 volt it is mostly for audio amp)
Check with the composite input on your monitor/tv for video signals on the pins
If you have a scope check for video signals on the pins

I have to find some time to make an adapter first.

Made a real ugly 'minimal" adapter for this one and fired it up without any hope.
 




For first sight, I thought it is a graphic issue, but maybe it is some japanese text???




Next step, hook up the sound, controls and coin up.
