No, the one that Robin has is unique. This is the version as it pictured on the flyer:

Robin's serial nr. is 176 so a VERY early one (30000 made). Even mine that has serial nr. 815 has the "regular" side-art so they changed it very fast.
The main difference is the blue being also in the lower part of the Galaxian name and the dot on the i is NOT green.
I'm pretty sure they changed it because the name kind off "falls away" due to the blue background. The white in the name makes it more clearly visible.
I've never seen another Galaxian cab like Robin's.
About the vinyl, if you'd clicked the link I provided and read what Rich wrote you'd know so here it is again:
http://forums.arcade-museum.com/showpost.php?p=1365715&postcount=9So no structure. I regret that, but I've learned that restoring classic arcade machines is a matter of compromises. And I can live with this one.
I would also like to know where you guys see the two different shades of green because I am VERY sure there is only one.
Remember how the silk-screen process works, very little chance they took the effort to do two screens to get two shades.
I guess it's just because of the aging of the side-art.
The bug's eye is quite simply damaged on Rich's original...check the other pics of original Galaxians.
