He wants 300 for it, is you want to pay that it's your's today.

About the condition: he says it's in absolute great condition, only one little spot of wear on it.

When it's picked up, it needs to go down one stairs

That is funny, he send me an e-mail at 2 PM today mentioning that he had an offer of € 200 and he wants to wait and see today if there will be any higher bids.

So I guess € 300 is just wishful thinking of the seller.

he mentioned a 200+ bid to me and said he was willing to let it go for 300

I spoke to Love on PM about it also. It looks like the price can be lower then.
