Thanks everyone, ill try option from bela first, i think i can solder them on.

Yeah, Paul is right, I tried to install one, but it does not fit to the connector.
The connector with those small wires has all the crimps at each hole factory installed, if you can remove the remaining plastic isolation and solder some cables, it might be ok.

Late reply, but man what a awesome LED Matrix you have there in the background !  :spaceace:

Thanks Paul !

@Bela, Cool, i got a crimper for those pins, so if you can miss one of the connectors and 8 pins (make that 10 if i screw up), i am very interested to buy from you.

Hi,

I was shocked to find that these old AMP Italy connectors are actually still in stock:

https://www.digikey.com/en/products/detail/te-connectivity-amp-connectors/280593/1130917

Paul.

Thats very cool, i see also that other sizes are still available.
Next question, i searched for AMP Pin or AMP Connector on the same site, but i cant find the pins that are needed for these, also i never have ordered pins, and know there is a lot of differences.

Do you know which one's go in these ? (preferably a link from that site as they also have a dutch site and ordering will not be a problem i guess)

@ Bela, If you have one, thats also cool ofcourse :-)

Digimon send me a PSU and some other stuff, Thank you very much !!!  that is so cool  :spaceace: :spaceace:

Anyway, was looking through all my stuff that i have around here and miss one connector...

The harness i have but that 8 pin connector was cut off  :-\

I saw that it only uses 6 pins, so i could desolder the 8 pin connector off the board and solder a 6 pin in place (which i do have) but i preffer to use the original connector.

Technically it will not matter, but with the correct connector it prevents wrong connections.

Does anybody have a connector for the 8 pin variant for me to buy or a source where to buy ?

Nice Job !

As for kanji, look for "KanjiTomo" (https://www.kanjitomo.net)

It helped me alot with finding the Japanese characters.

I did host some of the artwork, but i dont offer it as a service.
VectorLib is a good alternative to host stuff

Zorg is also on this forum i believe  (http://vectorlib.free.fr)

Made a start with some parts..

Took the coindoor apart and cleaned all metal parts.

Coindoor itself looks decent, minor scratches, but no dents as far as i can see.

The plastic coin insert part also looks great from this coindoor.

Partially assembled, and cleaned the front.

I see that the lightbulbs are missing..  in fact the lampholders are also not there  ???

Time to dig in my shed, as i remember i still have another coindoor..
Found it, but is not in good state..
Well, at least i can steal some missing parts from this one, and yes, the original coindoor sticker also  8)

I may need some other things from this, but for now i only need the lights.

Its a bit rusty, but it cleaned up pretty well.
At least good enough to apply some silver paint on the rusted spots.

Cleaned also 2 original buttons while i was at it, so they are now ready too and waiting for the control panel.

Looks like you're are missing sync on the MTC-900 - possibly the PCB is set the wrong sync polarity or the MTC-900 video input connections aren't correct.

The dipswitch of the 60-1 was set to VGA in the first picture, and after changing that to the other setting, the best i could get it was what you see in the picture
The hanta's have 2 sync wires, but only one is connected the other is cut in the harness which looks factory

So i have Ground, R, G, B and Sync connected in the jamma connector the right way.

That should work out of the box i believe as i have seen more 60in 1's on a MTC900

As Andre mentioned, we will trouble shoot it, and i will connect it to one of the known working Crazy kong boards that i have here to verify

I know that one of the monitors has a missing color, so i think thats a transistor issue of one of the output transistors
Will check it by swapping the chassis after we have one working to see if its the tube or the chassis, but i believe its the chassis

Also i have obtained another temp solution, A CRT VGA screen which is at least better than a TFT ;-)

I think i have the left coin pdb, but i see in the manual for the "Universal type" they used the right PCB

I have to check that, but good to know you have some ;)

Thanks, well i have thought about it, but what i only play as a casual gamer are donkey kong, pac games and galaga and a few others, and they play pretty well on the 60 in 1.

I thought about a mame setup, but i am too lazy to figure it all out and configure etc. and then the hussle of connecting the arcade monitor...

Anyway, i messed around with the two MTC-900's i have here but could not get any of the two correct, so i guess they need work.

after some fiddling with the pots:

So i have made a big sin...  i threw in a 19" 4:3 LCD....

The control panel was butcherd together with a bunch of crap buttons, but the mission was to play a game last weekend..

And you can see that my little helper, is not so little anymore after a few years...   ;D

Anyway, it plays, and now work on the other stuff.

PS. Digimon, pm me please, i need a powerboard with the cable to the edge connector. the one from the transformer assembly i have here.

The "regfrigurator fan" is also missing, so i need one of that too with the cage.

the coinboard i found, but its missing one connector, i need to figure out which one i have, the bottom or the top..

Thanks in advange

Marquee and CPO i will make, i have the plexi already, i just need to create the graphics to match the spacestation theme.
