I helped make the worlds biggest tetris for a tv shoot, we used an emulator to get a decent output image, we used touch sensitive pads from Maplins hacked into a PC joystick, pretty cheap and easy to make and it looked good too, with one person shouting instructions and four people on control pads it made for a fun and exciting game, the person shouting instructions gets really hyper excited, fun to watch and simple to do, but more about communication than a physical challenge in this case

The instructions were for the iPhone when I found them. I've no clue about much with computers, can you possibly create one Michael

« on: April 28, 2012, 03:51:08 PM »first home tv game was a vectrex! bought it in 1983 - and still have it to this day, including the purchase slip from back then. in the meantime, i have greatly expanded my vectrex cartridge collection though, i'll try to get some pics up if you're interested! i still think the vectrex is the best home console ever devised!!!
I think a separate thread on your vectrex collection would be good to see, it's an interesting console and the fact you've had it from new makes it special

Krull was a favourite of mine. when I like the game I can remember the location, Krull was in the Italian ski resort of Pejo, along with moon patrol, Krull took most of my money every night after skiing, I loved the 2 joystick controls. Awesome game.
