I wonder - could anyone on the continent order me one for pick up at the event ?   I can paypal the sum immediately if any can.

Alternatively - If you can upload the graphic somewhere I can fix the order myself to my UK address via their .co.uk site.

Cancel that request, only 5 Euro to ship to UK.

Very heavily punk influenced from me, but something from the 1980's it would have to be the Stranglers, and maybe something from the Ramones and for the 21st century has to be probably the best live band i have ever seen - Rancid.

Well, I was in 2 minds if I would be able to make it - mainly due to the logistics.  However,  at €65 for a return flight Edinburgh-Bremen, how could I refuse !

Should be in Bremen 6pm.

Anyone looking for a roomier for Fri / Sat before I book anything?

Oh - there are 2 threads.  Put me down mr PunkRockCaveman, although it looks like I will be solo this time.  Maybe will bring my JROK fightstick provided it is complete.  Could be fun explaining that to security at the airport though.

I should be ok to make this - it is one of my vacation periods.  Just need to fix transport out.

Working on it......

8th September looks to be my last working day for 2 weeks and my wife has decided she would rather have 2 weeks on camp during September than travel back to the cold of a Scottish autumn.  I guess she prefers 40 degrees to 15 degrees.

Now to figure out transport options.

Is there no way that this could be postponed for a week ?  I actually stop off at Schiphol on the morning of the 19th on the way back to Glasgow.

Och well, there is always next year Eid vacation begins around the 12th 2016.

Gutted to miss it mate, I really loved to "homely" atmosphere of the first one I went to.  As a side note - I was in Ras Tanura last month.  Was down for the day, and went in search of Art's old Galaxian from his teenage years.  Nowhere to be seen unfortunately.

If the T'shirts are s good as the one I have from before (2012 ?) then I am in for 2 - hopefully there will be at least 1 UK visitor can mail on to me.

Shame on you guys - you have the event 1 week before I am due back from the middle East :(

Not strictly speaking for me, but you could always pad it out with 24* Teflon Leg levellers.  Guarenteed to fly off the shelves.

Great weekend guys, very well organised and nice set up.  Especially the VIP party - all too often in the UK there is no chill out time for exhibitors or organisers at these events.  That was a nice touch.

Bods - never saw you mate, I was there all day Saturday.  Really wish I had booked an extra day tbh.

Oh, I forgot to add Andre,  some crazy Jock swiped the high score on your SW on Saturday.

Technical Area / Re: Space Zap (Cocktail) - 16pin connector wiring
« on: August 26, 2014, 09:13:10 PM »
Looks to be a 0.156" Molex connector - very common on Williams classics.  Easy way to check is measure the distance between the centres of pin 1 and 10, then do the math for the pitch (dist / 10).  Should be 1.56" (4 cm) total for the 10 pins.  There surely must be someone out there in Euroland who can post you a couple of the crimps (they generally come in packets of 100-200).  2478 / 2578 connnector is I think the type supplied for these.  Last time I ordered I had to aske the online support from Farnell which type to get from them.  Order is below - I had to bulk it out to make their minimum order value for postage :

1756639   200   08-52-0072 CONTACT, SOCKET, 24-18 AWG, CRIMP   08-52-0072
1756768   10   09-93-1200 HOUSING, CRIMP, 3.96MM, 12WAY   09-93-1200
3085375   50   9-0160481-1 CRIMP TERMINAL, FEMALE, 4.8MM, RED   9-0160481-1

I have 4 Zacc original boards which I will bring across with me.  Not sure exactly which they are, but hey I am sure at least one person will be interested in them.  Trading for a few beers
