Laszo told me the pinballs were often machines that were missing essential parts that are not even available in the US anymore so watch what you go for (if pinball).

I somehow would have loved to be able to save the Atari Airborne Avanger as it is .........an ATARI pinball and it was designed by Steve Ritchie, the software done by Eugene Jarvis and the artwork by George Opperman, talk about Atari legends !!!

As Anunaki mentioned:
I called to guy, they are closed and can't sell stuff anymore

there will be a auction

Great find nevertheless! I think i might check them out on monday as it's 20 minutes from where i live ;)
Most of the stuff that is showed isn't really that great. Guess they sold the good stuff during the years and got their funds stuck in these leftovers.
Ah, completely missed that, sorry ....

Well there was little really good stuff..... at one point in time there was a Hard Drivin' and a Race Drivin' cockpit. Who knows the one Polderarcade has may come from there....

The Night Driver was in pretty good condition though and the Zac cockpit was in fact in awesome condition (still in "shrink wrap" at the sides....

In all honesty I have always wondered how they kept running and this comes as no surprise to me, still a bit sad to see them go, despite everything it was still fun to go there every now and then to see what they had...

It's the one that is already sold by Ully  :-\ ?
In this case, I hope a better new life with love for that cab !

it is! i just couldn't see myself getting to the point where i could actually work on it and selling it off to the guys from for amusement only gave me a good feeling that it WILL get some much deserved love after all - better than countless cold days and nights in a storage unit!
all i need is ... PONG - and a select few others: TOUCH ME, DRAGON'S LAIR, JOUST, ROBOTRON, MR DO, SAN FRANCISCO RUSH THE ROCK!!!

If anyone's interested in the NSM Fire CD Wall Jukebox => It is 100% sure it is defective. I've asked the owner two times about it , and in all cases they told me it was property of a customer and it needed to be fixed and I could not buy it.......
note that between the two times I asked there were at least 4 or 5 months and obviously they never managed to fix it and now the original owner (if the story is true) will have to buy back his own machine (if he is still wanting it).

Anyway, not a worker for sure, there were mechanical problems with it, that's what he told me.

Auction has started. Pretty high starting prices IMHO...

http://www.beusekom.nl/auction/default.asp?SaleID=718&lang=ENG

€100 for the Atari Airborne Avanger.....which thus means €140,36 total to be paid if it sticks there..... If I's been 25 Euro I'd get it for the coin-door and buttons....I'd make a nice light box out of that wonderfull back-box, love Opperman's style !!

O wel....let's hope a real die-hard pinball lover will buy it and fully restore it....come'on Atari pinballs are special just because they are .....Atari :)

Also the NSM wall cd jukebox:

Looks like they stored their toilet paper in the position where the mechanism is supposed to be....BEWARE !!!

Also looks like all (well the couple) of interesting video machines that there still was last time I was there were all sold before they went under....
It's almost all garbage.....even the Pitfighter .....    The only decent video machine is the Road Riot, a nice machine if you want something to race 2 player in compact way (seats included) but well......it is not the best racer I can think off......

Regarding the NSM jukebox: the toilet paper is only there to stop the cd-trays from falling out of the trayholders (on each side are 50 trays in the black trayholders). All parts seem to be in place. Even the coverage of the trayholder towers is there. you don't see that very often. Only thing that sucks big time is the bezel. That's not the beautiful Fire Bird bezel glas. Instead there is the extremely ugly bezel from a Wizard cd-juke.

AH ! Thanks for clearing that part up :)

Already thought there was something not right with the artwork because I've seen Speleo's Fire and it has a different front indeed....

Still, like I said, I tried to get a price from the owner of the shop two times and two times he told me it wasn't for sale but broken and they were "about to" fix it for the customer.....

well, he had this small room in the back of the shop filled with all kind of small stuff for repairing pinnballs and jukeboxes

he had some boxes with PCBs in there,  I took the Namco Vol 2 and Shinobi  from there
