OK guys....things are heating up....that is, not the temperature here, but it's only 10 more days until Eurocade 2012 !!!!
Time for some necessary practical things:
MOST IMPORTANT ONE =====>>>
Last year I had a number of registrations in the very LAST week before Eurocade. Although I will do what I can to get you on the list, PLEASE register NOW. The last week up to Eurocade is EXTREMELY busy for us so please help.1) PLEASE can everybody who did NOT visit last year register through our web-form (if you haven't done already)
http://www.eurocade.eu/Eurocade/Info_%26_Registration.html
Even if you PMed or emailed me you will be coming, it is much easier to work from the webform data for me to create the list of visitors. If you bring guests/family, please provide names and Avatar names on the several forums.
Without an e-mail address I can NOT send you the address of Eurocade's location !!!2) Check your game before departure. If it's not on Free Play, please change that before leaving. It if can't be set to Free Play, please inform me by PM so we can temporarily mount a free play switch on your coin-door (no damage guaranteed !!!)
3) Be sure your game will be able to plug into German-style mains sockets. French type plugs will sometimes fit, depends on the power strips we have at hand, but mostly will not. If you bring a French type plug machine, please bring an adapter or powerstrip that can handle both types.
4) PLEASE be on time. Eurocade starts early because we want to make the most of the single day it lasts !!! Eurocade officially opens it doors at 10.00 in the morning. If you are earlier, we are there from about 9.00, esp. if you bring a cab that would be great. However, if you can't make it that early, PLEASE be there before 12.00hr. The reason is that we will start the Galaxian World Record try around that time and also the prize competition for the visitors so the Eurocade crew will have it's hands full.
5) When you arrive, please report to Pieter (glasses, long hair, Eurocade Crew shirt), he'll be mostly on the front of the entry to the building during the early hours so it will be hard to miss him

6) HAVE A SAFE TRIP, KEEP IT CHEAP, DON'T OVERSPEED. Speeding tickets are insanely high in The Netherlands and there are lots of camera's (fixed and mobile) everywhere, plus cameras that check your speed across a long(er) distance....
7) Remember, entry fee is 20 Euro per adult (kids free), PLEASE have the exact amount of money with you in cash as we will have only very limited exchange money (if any

) We cannot accept any digital form of payment.
