Depending on your arrival, I (or maybe someone else from the area) could pick you up. Eindhoven is preferred on a friday afternoon for traffic-jam reasons near Amsterdam but this depends greatly on your arrival time.
Normally Amsterdam Schiphol-Ridderkerk is about 50 minutes by car. Eindhoven about 1 hour and 10 minutes.
By train, Schiphol is easiest. There is a very fast train that only takes about 25 minutes from Schiphol to Rotterdam Central Station, I could pick you up there.

At Eindhoven, you'll have to travel to the center of the city to catch the train...not so handy. It also looks like Easyjet is cheaper than Ryanair, but that can differ (also your airport near Milan might be closer/further)...
