Posted this on RetroPi forum, but thought I would also post here given this might be bug with enhanced V2.1 rom or game play.

Pi Model 3 B
RetroPie Version: 4.3.7 running emulation station
USB Devices connected: Wifi Keyboard, 2 x Zero_Delay Arcade Interface
Controller used: Zero Delay Arcade Interface
Guide used: https://github.com/retropie/retropie-setup/wiki/Daphne
Emulator: Daphne
How to replicate the problem: Everytime I use V2.1 rom

Using guide I have installed and have working Dragon Lair (rom lair.zip) and Space Ace (rom ace.zip). Both from previous owned LD/DVD and old PC version of Daphne (Lost count of how many versions of Dragon's Lair I own).
But wanted to use enhanced V2.1 rom (dle21.zip) as this will play bridge scene not used normally.
Problem is I can not complete this scene without being killed. Normal moves are sword and up to complete, but always end up with death scene.
So bug or setup problem, missing/change move timing?

Interesting note having played Dragon's Lair on MANY platforms I have NEVER seen this death scene before while playing.
Normal death scene is being dragged into water by monster due to not pressing sword or up. Death scene I get with problem is crushed by monster but with castle bricks in background, but after Dirk climbs out of hole.

Sorted.
I have owned and played many versions Dragon's Lair (C64, Amiga, PC, CD, DVD & Arcade), but it would seem not arcade with this rom set.
Arcade with this enhanced rom play's bridge scene, but with 3 moves needed to complete sword, up and right.

Odd bridge scene not included most of the arcade guides/walkthrough.
