Toei CMD14, problems

I have just capped a Toei CMD14 monitor that I assume is from a coctail cabinet from the beginning.
The monitor works but I cant get the picture right, any suggestions?

Anyone have the manual and/or schematics for this?

Check your B+ is 110v.
The Toei CMA20HC and the CMA14 are the same PCB, do you have a picture of your chassis?
The B+ adjustment is done through VR11 pot.
You can measure it across C86, make sure you take the ground and B+ reading is from the cap on the solder side of the PCB, don't take the ground from the frame of the chassis.
This is an uneducated guess by a backyard hack (I take no responsibility if your chassis explodes).

Thanks, I will try to check my B+, howcome I should NOT take the ground from "anywhere"??
Someone told me my pictures in the first post didnt work, I saw them clear as a day, but since it is my googlephotos pictures I must have made a mistake...
I uploaded them to another site and relinked them, so maybe you could see my problem now??

Im such a n00b when it comes to monitors... and therefore I started to hate them

A guy who repairs these mentioned you need to measure the voltage at the location it is being supplied, including the ground reference.
That cap will supply the most accurate reading.
It's safer to solder two wires to the board at that location and connect your multimeter to them.
There can be inconsistent readings if you take the ground from the frame.
