Checked!

@Level42: I am terribly sorry to tell you that we have a 3000watts sound equipment ready for takeoff. I really recommend getting totally deaf before this event starts or you have to be prepared to witness the Eurocade Rock 'n Roll edition.  ;D

The last time I visited Eurocade (in Hilversum) I actually found the volume of the music in the game room more than a bit disturbing. Partly because I have a small hearing injury after a concert in the 90s, so I'm sensitive to loud noise.  But I also found that it was difficult to hear the game sounds.
I love punk rock though, so the music choice is great! :) In the 80s and early 90s I listened to German power metal (Helloween, Blind Guardian, Gamma Ray etc), but I guess that is out of the question?  :D

Don't worry. The jukebox will be very much muted during the day. We have no speakers ini the main gameroom ... we tried that a few times but it was always way to loud in there (alone with the 30+ machines running). After dinner when the "party mode" starts we will turn up the volume in the bar area ;)

I'm happy with anything, as long as I can do my twerking routine.

But seriously. When I try to come up with genuine music that has that arcade feeling to it, I tend to like synth stuff. A-ha, Talk Talk, Depeche Mode, Visage, Human League, Soft Cell, Gary Numan, Ultravox, Japan, Kraftwerk, Duran Duran, Blondie, Pet Shop Boys, Joy Division... hell, even Laura Branigan! Not the stuff that I listen to on a day to day basis, but it works when playing arcade games for some reason.

And perhaps I can do a kraft twerk after all!

All I wanted was a Pepsi!
Currently looking for an original Wonderboy PCB.

Ok. Looking really forward to see the kraft twerk. I keep the fire extinguisher ready, just in case anything gets out of hand.
