The ARII board number A035435 matches the board like the ARII in Eriks Tempest https://www.dragonslairfans.com/smfor/index.php?topic=6419.0 and it is a "revised in 2012" one.  :-*
pic shows the ARII built in position...

Lets update "the missing parts list"...  :D

I'm very very very very interested in Vernimark's Hantarex color monitors.....especially because they seem to use pretty standard tubes. We could repro the PCBs and yokes and go ! ;)

I jump on the 'color-x-y-moni' buying train....

Still got two candidates eagerly waiting for proper display: Space Duel and the Sega Star Trek (which lacks the promised (and payed for...) monitor..
