Atari System 1 Sidearts - new version
« on: May 07, 2015, 10:22:08 AM »
I built new sidearts for System 1 cabinets, the older ones were crap (see the pic and compare all the errors!). The new ones should fit 100%, I scanned a complete side of an original. ;)

Download the new ones (left + right sides) in 300 dpi here:

is my download corrupt, or is your file ?

by the way, this is so simple art, you should make it in vectors, not raster (assuming it is as you state "300 DPI")

It's a Zip-file with 2 Pdfs, works fine here.

I'm not into Illustrator, only Photoshop. Feel free to modify it. :)

Still Bitmaps when I import them into CorelDraw. But the resolution seems to be ok for printing a complete sideart :)

I'm restoring a system 1 cab very soon, and I'd noticed the existing files aren't quite right so you've saved me a lot of work! Thanks  :)

What Atari-font is that? I'm not able to find the correct one  ???

All the logos I found on the net are different.

I used "SF Atarian System", not a 100% match, but pretty close. Maybe "whatthefont" can help?

Finally this has been done, the old version was just a joke and unusable if you ask me.
Very well done, Sir.
