Dodgem & Quasar Artwork
« on: February 14, 2015, 01:37:56 PM »
Muddymusic just sent me this pic of the artwork that will soon arrive with me. I'm so happy to see this, they look fantastic and I'm sure they'll look even better when I see them, great job Olly.

Guys on DLF were a big big help in getting this done. Etienne / Belike  :spaceace: :spaceace:

yes of course, which piece is his, I forget now?

I would have liked the bezels to be glass, but I can't get that, next best thing.  No paper though.

I vectored the Dodgem marquee from photos so hopefully it will fit the cab. I'll add that and the cleaned up bezel file to Etienne's NAS soon. Thanks for the other vector files guys  :)

The marquee and control panel overlays are printed on Duratrans flexible film.
Bezels I have printed on 1mm semi-rigid PVC with die-cut centres. It's very much like the original card ones but won't tear or rip.

I think he did the Phoenix bezel, the dodgem CPO, and he finished what i started on the Phoenix CPO (the blue stars and text IIRC)
