Hello,

I have a problem with a defender board. I converted it to jamma and to use 4164 intead
of 4116.

The board boots up correctly with initial tests ok, but it is stuck in book keeping / test mode.
When I select option 28 and exit, it doesn't go to game over screen but goes to book keeping again.

Any idea where it can come from ?

had the same problems. the battery was the problem in my case.

Is it possible to shunt the battery, I mean, make a bridge between +5V and battery output
to make the game run without batteries (and without keeping the data of course) ?

The mean is to check the board is working correctly before doing the battery mod.
