Japanese/English version differences
« on: January 14, 2009, 10:50:08 PM »
First of all, I'm new here, found out about Galaxian^3 a few years ago and discovered this site.

Anyway, I noticed that the Japanese and English versions of GT-6 Project Dragoon and Attack of the Zolgear have slight changes in the voices.

Project Dragoon:
Japanese - pretty much every voice is Japanese
English - all English voices except for one Japanese voice after destroying the power source

Attack of the Zolgear:
Japanese - Male and female Japanese voices but several crew members speak English
English - All the male/female Japanese dialog is cut and some English parts are added

Kind of odd that Zolgear still has English voices when it's on Japanese because it almost sounds like the pilot understands Japanese...lol

It would be kind of cool if we knew who did the Japanese/English voice acting for the games...

Japanese Project Dragoon have english radio voices but operator and captain voices are Japanese.

Destroying power source announcement is kind of sound effect like those boom sounds and "きけん です!" voice when you run out the shield.

English captain in Project Dragoon sounds like Robert Stack.
