SOLD: Sega New Net City
« on: November 04, 2014, 02:26:01 PM »
I know that there is some Candy love here, so:

I am selling my Sega New Net City. The cab is an original (according Japanese specs) NNC. It houses a Toshiba PF D29C051 OSD 15-31KHZ Autoswitch chassis with no burn, great geometry and a beautiful picture. It's tri-sync of course.

The original monitor control breakout board has been exchanged with the 'NEO-Arcadia' control board with the extended screen menu controls (for more info about this special breakout board: http://www.neo-arcadia.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=14&t=27780&hilit=extend). The original breakout board is also included.

The cab is in very good, to almost prefect condition, see the pictures. Furthermore the Konami Jamm/JVS converter is included, which means that this cab is ready for Jamma and for JVS. The control panel is a 2L12B panel with white 'mesh' balltops. Stepdown converter is not included.

SOLD

 :)

They're awesome machines, but if one is mostly into the old stuff they're a little too much and too big (Pac-Man on a 29" screen feels a little weird :D). I've never really played a Naomi-game in all these years I had mine and eventually decided to let it go. Never regretted it. :)

Robotron, Smash TV, Final Fight, Donkey Kong, Red Tent, Indiana Jones, Galaga 88, Roadblasters SD, Centipede cabaret, Asteroids cabaret, Phoenix cabaret, MVS-U4

Kicking my Naomi out of the basement was the best thing to do. It does not fit in between all those other cabs... no matter how hard I tried to like it.
Looking for Dragons Lair 1 or 2, Space Ace, Double Dragon, Robotron and yeah... a Shinobi would be cool, too!

I am in the same boat I guess.
Besides my classic arcade cabinets, I still have a row of 5 Sega candy cabinets with two New Net City's.
Think of selling 2-3 machines to make room for my classics, since I hardly play any of them.

So if anybody is interested, I have some available :)

Best thing about candies is that you can sell them quick, get good money and buy something nice made of wood. :D
