Definitely Windows.
The title bar seems to contain "C:¥Windows¥System32¥WindowsPowerShell¥v1.0¥powershell.exe".
It's also using the Windows Classic theme.
I enjoy reading about arcade cabinets. I don't own one though... :(

Nothing wrong with windows (probably core install) and powershell

I really pity future arcade game collectors. They're going to have one hell of a job too keep those Windowz boxes up and running in 30 years........compared to that, fixing an early 80's PCB is going to be a walk in the park.

Thanks mate
What I found funny about the cab though was that it had a fan inside which came on when the ships went past, which added to the experience but there is no wind on space lol  ha ha

the wind effect is also present in other modern arcades games, it really adds indeed

I played Darke Escape 4D, also a rail shooter, this has 3D glasses, a great sound system with subwoofer and wind, scared the hell out of me sometimes..... and it also measures your heartbeat and makes fun of you where you "panic"

Waha, CKONG and I played the same machine, in Renesse I bet :)

I think we didn't go with the 3D glasses but it was already scary enough, CKONG screamed like a schoolgirl all the time.............. ;D ;D ;D ;D......

The thing is that it's not simply a fan (like propcycle) but something that feels much more like an explosion of air...it really gives a loud "thud" sound.I wonder how it works.

We really had a lot of fun playing that game !!

Of course there is no air in space, and thus there wouldn't be any explosion sounds either......but I've learned to turn off thinking about stuff like that when watching anything Star Wars and simply "enjoy the ride".

Hope one of these will make it over here !!!
