Mh, can't tell at this point.
Did you already inserted it in a PC CD-ROM and see if the format is readable by a computer? If so, some text files or directory names could give some hints?

Yeah my computer reads it.
Not much is found on the disc other then the cd being named DL2_PC and the launcher being DL2.exe.
However I did find this http://i.imgur.com/cxPHWwY.png once I got the video working. (Game doesn't run on Windows 7)
I'm sure it's the Windows 95 edition but still curious why the disc is black. Unlike every other copy I've seen. (Being Silver)

This game does take me back... Love watching these game clips again. Happy I found it after all these years.

I think this version has been release at the same time, or just before, then their very first DVD-Rom version of the game for PC :

()

At that time, Digital Leisure included 'hidden' additional game, unlock-able for a small fee. The DL DVD-Rom version I mentioned included all the files to play 'Space Ace', bit it has to be 'unlocked'.
They didn't included 'extra hidden game' anymore starting their famous 'Deluxe Pack'.
